Using DearTale: create an account, make keepsakes for real people, and keep it lawful and kind. No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or impersonation of someone who hasn't agreed to be in a book.

Your content: you keep the rights to the memories and photos you upload, and you confirm you have permission to use them — including photos of other people. You own the finished book and may share, print and gift it, including as part of a personal gift you were paid for.

Purchases: books are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout, with digital delivery immediately after generation. Because each book is made to order, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once the full book is generated — but if the result is broken or not what was promised, write to us and we'll regenerate it or refund you.

Availability and changes: AI-generated text and artwork can be imperfect, so review your book before sending it. We may update these terms as the studio grows; material changes will be announced by email. Questions: hello@deartale.app.
